Booking & Payment

To reserve your date, visit the “Book It” link to view availability and complete your booking. A 50% payment secures your event date, with the remaining balance due one month prior to your event. A $150 refundable cleaning deposit is collected at booking and returned after the space is cleaned according to our checklist.

All payments are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your event for a $200 fee if your desired new date is available. Date changes must be requested at least 30 days prior to your original event date.

Once your date is reserved, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining next steps, including venue details, access information, and our preferred vendor list.
Venue Details

Ven-YOU offers seating for up to 60 guests and accommodates up to 100 standing guests within approximately 1,100 square feet. The layout can be arranged to best fit your event style.

The venue includes one spacious restroom. All restroom supplies are provided for your event.

Yes. All areas of the venue are wheelchair accessible.

We offer a large on-site parking lot with complimentary parking for you and your guests.

Yes. Food trucks are welcome and may park in the designated lot during your event.

Alcohol is permitted. A $15 banquet permit is required and must be submitted via email at least two days prior to your event.
Vendors & Tours

No. You are welcome to use vendors of your choice. However, we provide a preferred vendor list after booking, featuring professionals familiar with the space.

Yes. Tours are available weekly. New tour dates are released 1–2 weeks at a time.

Access to the venue begins at your scheduled rental start time. Early entry is not permitted, so we recommend selecting a rental block that allows ample time for setup and breakdown.

Yes. We offer event styling, day-of coordination, and custom planning support as add-ons to your rental. Planning services are tailored to your event needs.
