What is the capacity?

The space is 1.100 square feet. We provide seating for up to 65 guests. The space may hold up to 100 standing guests.

What is included in the rental?

Ven-YOU rental includes the following:

(5) rectangular seating tables (110” long x 44” wide) – each table seating 12 guests, (4) bistro tables, 65 chic metal guest chairs, two 6 foot folding tables, lounge area furniture (comfortable sofa, chair and ornate coffee table), cocktail station, coat rack, free parking, restroom supplies, and cleaning supplies.

When can we set up?

You may enter the event space at the time your booking starts, no early entry will be permitted.

Are we required to use your vendors?

Not at all, however, we have a phenomenal list of vendors that we work with and know the space. Please let us know if you are interested in receiving our vendor list.

How do we reserve the space?

Head to the “Book it!” link at the top of the page. Here you will be able to see available dates and times. 50% of balance is due to reserve your date! Remaining balance is due 1 month prior to event date.

How many restrooms are there?

Ven-You is equipped with one large bathroom. All bathroom supplies are provided.

Is the space wheelchair accessible?

Yes!

Is a food truck allowed?

Absolutely!

What is parking like?

We offer a large parking lot with free parking.

Is alcohol permitted?

Alcohol is permitted. You must obtain a $15 banquet permit and submit to Ven-You via email no later than 2 days before your event.

What is the cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable. You may change the date of your event for a $200 fee, if the new desired date is available. Any date change has to be done at least 30 days prior to the original date.
