What is the capacity?

The space is 1.100 square feet. We provide seating for up to 60 guests. The space may hold up to 100 standing guests.

What is included in the rental?

Ven-YOU rental includes the following:

6 rectangular seating tables (8’ long x 34” wide) – each table seating 10 guests

4 standing cocktail tables

60 black metal guest chairs

2 six-foot folding tables

Bar top for serving beverages or desserts

Lounge area furniture cocktail station, coat rack, free parking, fully equipped restroom, and cleaning supplies.

When can we set up?

You may enter the event space at the time your booking starts, no early entry will be permitted.

Is the date I want available?

Open the website menu and tap “Book it!” to view available dates and times.

Are we required to use your vendors?

Not at all, however, we have a phenomenal list of vendors that we work with and know the space. You will receive our vendor list once you have made your booking.

How do we reserve the space?

Head to the “Book it!” link at the top of the page. Here you will be able to see available dates and times. 50% of balance is due to reserve your date! Remaining balance is due 1 month prior to event date.

How many restrooms are there?

Ven-You is equipped with one large bathroom. All bathroom supplies are provided.

Is the space wheelchair accessible?

Yes!

Is a food truck allowed?

Absolutely!

What is parking like?

We offer a large parking lot with free parking.

Is alcohol permitted?

Alcohol is permitted. You must obtain a $15 banquet permit and submit to Ven-You via email no later than 2 days before your event.

Can I schedule a tour?

Tours are available on a weekly basis. Please visit the “Book Now” link on our menu and select the Venue Tour option. Available tours are added 1-2 weeks at a time.

What is the cancellation policy?

All payments are non-refundable. You may change the date of your event for a $200 fee, if the new desired date is available. Any date change has to be done at least 30 days prior to the original date.
