Booking & Payment Information

Everything you need to know before reserving your date.

  • Ven-YOU is 1,100 square feet. We provide seating for up to 60 guests and can accommodate up to 100 standing guests.

  • Start times vary depending on the rental option you select. Available start times are shown in the booking calendar. Your rental block includes time for setup and cleanup within the reserved hours.

  • Once you’re ready to reserve your date, click here to view availability and complete your booking.

    A 50% payment secures your event date, with the remaining balance due one month prior to your event.

    A $150 refundable cleaning deposit is collected at booking and returned after the space is cleaned according to our checklist.

  • A $150 cleaning deposit is collected at the time of booking. After your event, once the space is cleaned according to our provided checklist, the full deposit is refunded.

  • Once your date is reserved, you’ll receive a confirmation email outlining next steps. This includes important venue details, access information, a preferred vendor list, and guidance to help you begin planning with confidence.

    From there, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

  • If you need to adjust your event date, please reach out as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
